Douglas Elliman engaged us to develop branding and design support for a series of marketing campaigns for the Waldorf Astoria Residences. Every detail from copy, photography, and hierarchy was considered to ensure each message felt cohesive and intentional.
The visual direction drew from the property's historic opulence, with typography and linework inspired by the building's architecture. Layouts were structured for legibility and to encourage navigation to the site, resulting in improved click-through rates and increased qualified leads.
